Overall Feedback:

I am very upset with the customer service they offer. I sent multiple messages to cancel and get a refund and they were all replied with spam automated messages. The day I cancelled and requested the refund, I was charged for the monthly "service". I was very patient and continued to reply with requests over the next couple of weeks. I finally got a good email address and when they responded, it was clear they didn't read my first email and a second reply was very short that my request was denied due to the fact that it was after the billing date. Unreal. I honestly hope other people don't fall for this scam. I've never in my life left a review like this, but this has me really upset. This company doesn't really seem to care about anything but the bottom line. I hope my $50 was worth it to them! In addition...I was told I would be getting a book for signing up for their program. That didn't happen. Really disgusted with how this was all handled.
