We have used NESS before and never had an issue. This time we ordered a galloon of paint 2 weeks in advance. When it came time for our order to arrive and it didn't. We called and they said we never placed an order, however we discussed our address and the delivery time. When it came time to find out about express shipping or if there was someone nearby who could mix the paint. The response was relaxed and no sense of urgency. When I told the rep "wow we are screwed, this project is due this week" he simply replied "yeah okay"....Terrible customer service for such a small order.Update: 9/30/16 We have begun using NESS again and strictly only speak with Kevin and Paul. We don't deal with any other reps. These 2 guys are the best and they follow up on orders! They also stay in contact and get pricing quotes back ASAP. I would recommend NESS but, only using Kevin and Paul. I am changing from 1 star to 5 star based on their service!

Horrible service after the purchase is made. I made numerous attempts to have my issues resolved after spending over $20k, 2 years later my warranty is now up ad none of my issues were ever resolved. Unanswered phone calls, and unanswered emails. I even made an attempt to call Roland directly, which did get me a email reply but no service call. Overall one of the worst experiences of my life business wise. Ben Rolf Is the tech guy and he is the main problem. I hope you read this Ben, you should have done your job. From day 1 my printer has not functioned properly. My 12 year old printer still to this day, prints better than this brand new fancy state of the art printer. I guess i will be taking different actions.
