Unprofessional. They are free to hang up on costumers without having to give an explanation. My water was turned off unexpectedly so I called the company to get answers but the call taker hung up when I asked who I was speaking with. I then went over to the company to speak to management and the general manager proceeded to justify the action then questioned why I'm upset.Unprofessional at its best.
