This is the first time in my life I have wished I was a professional reviewer, just so I could most adequately express my positive experience with New Merkel and Baird Castleberry.I have worked in marketing for more than fifteen years and I’ve never been more thrilled with an IT/web company – and I’ve worked with dozens. When my organization decided to move into the latest technologies with a new and improved responsive website, I knew New Merkel was the company to help us reach that goal. I had worked with Baird before and I knew he understood his clients’ needs better than anyone, no matter how big or small. I also knew he had the ability to work within my budget and would get the biggest splash he could within my parameters.Baird went well beyond the call of duty to make sure we were pleased with the end product. With consistent communication about the process, timeline and expectations, I knew we were in excellent hands. Baird listened, which is a lost art in the world today, and provided a fantastic blueprint to create a new online experience for our members and site visitors. He’s on top of all the latest technologies and can determine an easier and more efficient path for any issue that arose. What’s even more important than all of this is that Baird left me with every single tool I would need to maintain my new website so that our organization could save money on expensive trainings and webinars. Baird is amazingly adept at talking to my level of understanding and worked tirelessly to ensure I felt comfortable with the new website going forward. He even has a way of making every issue or roadblock into a pleasant experience with his extensive knowledge of possible solutions.
