New management is very unprofessional and this apartments are not good for families. I didn't recommend this apartments for families. New manager lady rented this property by bad people who is criminal background.

Live Oak Apartments staff is absolutely amazing (especially Stevie, Toya & Deanna), and keeps its property well maintained.

There is animal feces all over the gounds.. The front office staff especially the Latin tall skinny female is rude and always has a bad attitude before you can even say thing. She has I don't care attitude she just seems she hates her life.. At least the other two white females fake their smiles. Some of the people that leave here look like they are on section 8.. It always smells like cigarettes especially by the laundry room.. They say we have security on the gounds when ever I call they are not here.. Or no one comes at all. The front office always says call 911.. Am not going to call a emergency number for some guy digging in trash cans or a weird person walking number that's why you have security so you do not waste the police time with non emergency problems. Do Not Move Here.. You will regret it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a terrible place to live. The charge too much for rent, you can't do anything wrong or breathe wrong & they are on you harassing you, the whole place is covered in dog poop & it smells like it as soon as you go outside or open windows. You can even see it all over the sidewalks. Also, the apartments look nothing like the picture they show. They even have a model one to show you that looks nothing like the others. So not worth the money to live here, & I have lived here for years

I love the place. Is clean and beautiful. The communication with the office is fast and easy. They are always ready to fix any issue. The apartment is better than i expected and im really happy with our choice.

This is home!!! Outstanding, friendly on-site staff and mgmt! Lived here 11+ years. Couldn't be happier or feel more at home! Great community feel with fun filled activities for children, and adults!Nice quiet atmosphere. Excellent maintenance crew. Mgmt and crew on top of maintenance inside and out!Many newly remodeled apt. homes and 1 bedrooms. Swimming pool, wading pool, 2ea jacuzzis, play ground. Great and beautiful walking areas. Areas for rest and play; BBQs, volleyball, picnics, etc. Come and check it out. This may be the place you make your home❣

I feel like as a resident of Live Oak for nearly 7 years it makes me more than qualified to write an objective review.During my stay there anytime and I mean anytime I had an issue the Property Manager Kelly Moses had it fixed within 24 hours.The grounds are maintained every Monday and during the drought they did several things to reduce water usage.They allow pets which is pretty unheard of quite honestly these days.I actually read a review where they didn't get all of their deposit back.To be blunt you probably left your apartment a mess because nobody there is out to "get" your deposit.I'm not going to say everything's perfect,if you're looking for perfection well you better buy your own home then.If you're looking for a safe place for your children to run around,swim or feel loved well this should be an option for your next home.If you're miserable already and nothing ever makes you happy well to be perfectly honest you're never going to be happy.I have witnessed first hand all that these girls do in the office on any given day.The phone rings non stop, clients come in and out for conversation, companionship and packages.I have never ever seen them be unkind,rude or insensitive to anyone.I highly recommend Live Oak Apartments to anyone that takes pride in where they live.Sincerely,Kellee L.Moresi

Management is not helpful, and not courteous at all! they charge for everything. Rent is outrageous and on top of that they charge an $11 fee for each person in your household for water, sewer and garbage (they do not tell you this when filling out your paperwork) you will find out after you have payed your rent and you get a "courtesy" reminder in the mail. The dishwashers are horrible every time I run it my carpet is soaking wet and dishes never clean. There are constantly people digging through the garbage cans, and security does nothing but sit in their vehicle. Emergency Maintenance Is A JOKE if they don't consider it an emergency and come they will charge you a fee. Do not be fooled by the outside appearance can not wait till lease is up to buy a house (I can afford a nice one for what I pay here)
