Client Review on New System Technologies

Feedback:

The project Concept2, Inc contracted with New Systems Technologies for was a little different than typical web site. But we knew we wanted to use a browser rather than writing a PC based app. We knew we would be pushing web technology to do some things we weren't sure it was designed to do. For our project, we needed to accurately display real time data and make animations based on the data. We chose to talk to Eric first primarily because he was very local and easily accessible and we knew we would be having to meet in person to discuss approach and test hardware/software combinations. While being able to meet in person has been helpful to get the process started and occasionally for live testing, I think this requirement is unique to this project and his proximity is not what has us continuing to use Eric. I think that Eric and his team have done an outstanding job of understanding requirements and delivering code that works. Of course there have been some misunderstandings and errors (any project has these) but the corrections and bug fixes have been timely. Eric has graciously put up with changing deadlines, changing specifications, and other special factors in our project, and self-built testing tools to streamline the verification and testing process. I would surely recommend New Systems Technologies for a future project.
