I've been a customer for about 5 years. I've had several occasions, (with things getting progressively worse in recent times) where the owner Kristen does not call back, and does not even show up for appointments, or call to reschedule! Her employee Cathy is stuck constantly apologizing for her boss's negligence. I'm not saying I'm her biggest customer, but I've ordered T-shirts, at least once or twice a year, in a large order, I've had them letter my trucks, all while never once paying a bill late, or in payments- but always on time and in full- and this is the kind of customer service you get? All in all the owner Kristen has a terrible attitude, poor business practices and worse, a nonchalance that really speaks to me as a customer, and as a business owner. I would never treat my customers this way, and I would never allow my employee's to have to apologize for my negligence. I'm sure that I will receive an "anonymous" or false review about my company once this review is posted, but I will be watching for it.
