Feedback:

We normally use a different printer but someone tried New Way on a brochure. As they already had our type print made up we decided to change the paper we were using. 3 days later we are still awaiting a quote on using the new paper. This is all we changed from the previous order. How hard can it be. As a roofing company time is of the essence. Not a happy camper.
