Feedback:

Checking the retinal detachment with a nervous mood, but the nurse is very kind. The doctor is very skilled. Especially Dr.sun really thanked him. Let me give my eyes to him with confidence. Thank you very much. 🙏 👍 👍 👍

Feedback:

I have just called regarding a delicate query and the rudest receptionist at the glaucoma centre just hung up the phone. I never received a service like this. Some people should not work in a hospital.

Feedback:

Great doctors, but the wait time is about 45 mins just to check in before seeing a doctor.

Feedback:

it was in my grammar test and i didn't think it was real and didn't like it.

Feedback:

The registration is horrible! The staff behind the windows are rude, condescending and unhelpful. Even if u have an appt they still make u wait. The red head manager is of no help!

Feedback:

The wait times here are literally disgusting. I was there for 3 hours over what could have been a 5 min follow up appointment but they NEVER called my name. I went to the desk after two hours and they said I was next. 40 minutes later six people went ahead of me and I still was not called. I asked again who was ahead of me and the lady at the desk just told me “I’m processing paperwork first and I’ll check for you after”. Why lie and tell me I’m next then? 0/10 would never recommend this place.

Feedback:

I really love this place. They are T-H-E-E most thorough place I have ever been to. They would get 5 stars, but the wait to be checked in is just ridiculous. They definitely need a better system in place. However, it is definitely worth the wait for me to know that I have been seen by Dr. Coopersmith and others and gotten thoroughly checked out.

Feedback:

I have Keratoconus. I had corneal transplants in both eyes. The surgery was done by Dr. John Seedor. I've been a patient of his for almost 7 years. And now he's leaving to go to another eye and ear hospital. I'm writing this because the Eye and Ear Infirmary is losing a great doctor. He cares about his patients and their concerns. The office will never be the same without him.

Feedback:

Remind me of hospitals and communist countries. Then I have no respect for your time. You feel that you’re not welcome in that place. Starting from the security desk , check-in and further...
