I was so hopeful for this company to help me with all my needs and make my vision come to life after speaking with them and showing examples of what I like. What they gave me initally was copied from another company and other people. They provided a very basic design that did NOT emulate the previous sites they have built and showcase on their website. After many rounds with the first designer (who had no design skills at all) and me not being happy they brought in a "top designer- Max" to make my vision come to life. Right after Max started I was told I owe them more money to complete my project. I selected this company to design my site because their previous work they have displayed is awesome! (even though their prices were higher) The owner: Josh promised he would stick with me thorough this process was completed. I had assumed because their first designer failed to provide me a design they would wipe away those "wasted" hours and we would start fresh with a new designer but instead they said my hours were exceeded. They never kept track of hours or told me where my hours were at during this process. They are the nicest people to work with but they hit you in the end and will charge you more after already paying a lot of money upfront. Beware of this before working with them.

Jon and the entire NewLeaf team are everything that I wanted in a Web Design Team! Efficient, Organized, Professional, and Diligent! I could not have been happier with not only their customer service, but the amazing product they produced for me. They designed both business cards and a gorgeous, one-page website for me, and I could not be more thrilled with the final product. I would definitely recommend Jon and his wonderful team of guys to ANYONE who needs any sort of web design or work done! Definitely one of the best teams in the industry, you would be silly to go anywhere else.

I am very satisfied with the final product of my website. New Leaf was very accommodating throughout the process and went beyond my expectations. What I valued the most was they went out of their way to make sure my website was both appealing to my target audience and compliant to my industry's regulations. Their design team did a fantastic job and was able to incorporate everything I wanted into my website; they even made it mobile responsive. New Leaf went the extra mile to help my brand stand out amongst my competition. I have every intention to continue working with them.

We chose NewLeaf because they are the best fit for our company. They listened to our needs and delivered amazing designs and products within their projected dates. We have been with other firms before and other platforms from Magento to yahoo ecommerce, as well as word press but none of them were even comparable to NewLeaf. The custom shopify website they set up for us was bar none the easiest and most fulfilling experience we've had. The biggest thing for us was how easy shopify integrated into our shipping software and how easy the backend was. Literally no learning curve when it came to change from platform to platform. Also the SEO services they provided us have increased our conversion rate and sales by well over 100%. Shopify is the Apple of ecommerce platforms and NewLeaf is the Steve Wozniak of Shopify. Five stars all the way and thanks guys for the awesome website.
