Be very careful about finances when dealing with them. They are full of hidden fees. I was there for three months only, and there wasn't a single month that my invoice didn't include some hidden fees. Then when you think you are done dealing with them, it takes them 3 months to return the security deposit ("It has to be processed" they say!), and even then, they make sure to take a bit from your deposit as well.
