Paid for bill without my name on it and couldnt get a time as of when i would get my services provided to me because my name wasnt directly on the list. Say if i was a good samaritan and paid for someone elses bill and asked will this be taken care of they couldnt tell me because i am not on their list? Could rob me of my money perhaps? But paying for a bill is now "confidential" even if youre just trying to help out.
