I've been using Nexcess since my first job as a magento developer. Since then I have managed or consulted for over 15 different companies using magento and almost everyone one swore that their hosting provider was the best, but each one had always let me down in some way or another. When migrating to Nexcess, not only did I save the company from down time and normal hosting issues, but the support team would blow product owners and managers away. The simplicity and functionality of their platform has no competition. The support team treats any problem like its their own, and even though they aren't developers, countless times they've helped common issues or have pointed me to the correct resources. I'VE NEVER HAD A TICKET THAT WASN'T RESOLVED. Im not exaggerating.Keep up the great work and make sure you take care of those IT angels !!

- They came through for us. No hidden fees? It's a lie. Their service is not free. Just wait until you ask for something. Their sales will tell one thing such as. Leha: We pride ourselves in not having any hidden fees :) Then you ask them to spin up a clone of your site. "There is a $25 one-time service charge associated with the dev site creation. Could you approve that charge for us?" This has made me frustrated enough to leave negative feedback. They couldn't' even tell me where a list of these extra charges on their site was. Super frustrating. Will not be referring any more customers their way. And I quote now after signing up. "We do not provide a list of services and associated costs."

I have a client who uses Nexcess for their web hosting. My every interaction with Nexcess has been amazing. They even helped me on a site rollback 8:30pm on New Years Eve! A great group, and great service.

Nexcess is the BEST company I have ever worked with. Their customer support is far and away the best I have received from any company, across any industry.They literally respond to any ticket I submit within minutes, even if I submit it at 3 am!I needed a rush server built and they told me it can take 48 hours. I explained it was a rush, and they built in in literally 3 hours for me. Not only that but thw two reps who helped me with it, followed up numerous times throughout the day to make sure I was informed of the status. That is just ONE of the situations that they went above and beyond. Every time I submit a ticket they not only offer a solution, but often times they just do it themselves. Rather than say, here's what you need to do, they just do it! They are just too darn good. I am so so happy to have found them. I moved from AWS, and not only am I saving a lot of money, I am getting impeccable customer support, as well as an amazing team that I know has my back.You are getting truly managed services at Nexcess for rock rock rock bottom prices. I cannot believe it.

Absolutely terrible. Requested a cancellation 3 years ago. Found out today that they've been billing still because they sent a message to their onsite email, not my email or even tried to contact me directly, that each service needs to be cancelled seperatelt even though I requested them all to be cancelled. Shady company that only profits from cheating customers. Don't use them ever.They make it as difficult as possible to cancel your account.
