Oltre mezz'ora di attesa per parlare con un operatore per poi sentirsi dire che ti ricontatterà un loro tecnico perchè chi risponde non ha le competenze. Ovviamente richiamano dopo giorni anche se hai una urgenza. Per non parlare che poi del fatto che sistemano una cosa e al contempo creano altri 3 problemi.
