HI Niche, Richard and Edward et al, Just wanted to give a huge, huge, thank you to Richard Skerrat for his time and efforts last Thursday photographing my house which I have just put live to Sell. He was brilliant from start to finish, incredible attention to detail in preparing each and every shot, my wife has an eye for detail but Richard has that and more, which was really appreciated by her. Richard has a great manner, very polite, and nothing too difficult particularly as I asked for an EPC on the day and some extra lifestyle photos on the day. The quality, angles and colour in the photos are just beautiful and seamlessly pulled together with the 3D showcase, I understand Richard tends to do the £1m + properties and I can see why, hope to work with him again in the not too distant future on other properties. I am aamazed that Richard left us at 3.30pm Thursday and I had the photos by Friday lunchtime, Floorplan on Saturday and EPC and 3D Showcase on Monday all ready to upload to Rightmove & Zoopla. A big thank you to Richard, Edward (thanks for guiding me through the order) and the rest of the back office team for all of the editing and production of the final products. I would highly recommend Niche to anyone in this business….but my only concern is that in so doing they may get too busy to fit me in!!
