Client Review on Nightlife Limousine

I had booked a party bus with Nightlife earlier this year. At the time of booking the woman I talked with was very nice and helpful. I had confirmed the price of the bus with her upon booking and again the week of my event. When we got on the bus that night the driver said I would need to pay extra for an additional hour that I was told was in the price quoted to me. I ended up paying more than quoted. I called the next week to talk with the owner about the problem. They said they would have never quoted me the price they did with an additional hour and that it is always extra. Talking with friends I found out that this happens frequently with this company "misquoting" prices to people and then expecting more money once you have the driver and limo/bus there. The only reason they are getting 2 stars and not 1 is because I liked the driver! If I would ever use them again, which I doubt I will, I would ask for a written and signed quote at the time of booking.
