I'm posting my experience here because my Facebook review was taken down along with other reviews.I lost over $8000 and 6 months of website productivity by signing on with NKP. I would advise others to carefully consider the facebook reviews - several ratings are from current NKP employees, including David Phillips himself.In summary, my website development by NKP took over twice as long as outlined in our contract. The company did not perform any SEO work or respond to my emails. They did not have any artistic ability in creating the site - I had to correct even the most basic issues re appropriate website font, alignment, etc. They even misspelled my name on the site when it was launched, which took a week to be corrected.David Phillips cancelled two conference calls with me and did not reschedule. The company was extremely unprofessional and did not send any progress reports regarding my site. The only consistent thing they did was charge my credit card on a monthly basis. I have spoken to one other surgeon in my area who experienced a similar issue. Hopefully this review will help others avoid my costly mistake.
