Not a Happy Camper with Nktelco supervised was suppose to call me. You get the classic they are on another line routine. No call back from them as promised. Been with them for years and every time they are suppose to call me back they never do. Not very professional company!!!! Finally after years of problems my internet is running good but lousy customer service oh yea I am using data on my phone to write this because my internet is down and they could care less about the customer

I experience frequent internet outages. I would estimate at least 3-5 times a week for periods of time ranging from 15 minutes to a couple hours. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company is no good. with a high price of $90 you can get 100mbps which is declared as decent internet. for $45/mon you get 25mbps which for family is impossible to use. Just very trash.

Internet is lacking speed and bandwidth it costs $35.95 a month which is cheaper than watch tv but I only get .22 mbps up and .24 mbps down. I cant get verizon dsl or anything else here in the boonies so i'm stuck with it but check your area before you buy!

Nothing but issues and excuses lately. During peak hours you're lucky to even load a website. Currently looking for new service. Very frustrating and they are aware of issues.
