Have been going to Node-1 in Oshawa for several years. I have never had a bad experience. They are a family owned business. Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, several degrees in this field, reasonable pricing and honest likely to a fault. Have recommended several people to go and "NOT ONE" person that I know has anything but good to say about them. I was actually there twice today for issues that were resolved extremely quickly. You will not regret taking your computer/laptop to Node-1. Highly recommend!!

I had went to 3 DIFFERENT computer places mostly on king st ( they had no idea what they were doing lol) so I took my laptop to node one after I remembered my brother went there, because it was soo slow for a newer computer NOW its running perfectly and they did the work for a GREAT price!! thank you again so much! honest and reliable

What a waste of my time. Absolutely the worst place I have ever been to. Ended up having to buy a new computer after 3 attempts to repair it. Thanks for nothing.

Absolutely the dumbest pair of idiots I have ever met. Please for love of God don't use these two clowns. I heard horror stories but didn't believe them until now. I went to Best Buy and got fixed up properly. Thanks for taking my money and leaving me with even more problems then I went in with.

I took a chance, based on a few reviews I had read as I didn't feel like paying the prices places like B*st B*y want. Very glad I did. This chap has a lot of integrity and it shows. Fixed issues with my computer without charging an arm and a leg. Could have made up some story and charged me twice as much- how would I really know? Changed a few things as well (all for the better) and gave me some insight into why he did them.I'm going to be taking another machine in for service soon, and would recommend him to anyone.
