Feedback:

Avoid this business at all costs.  This is by far the most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever done business with.  They told me they could print a canvas for my home.  I supplied them with the picture I wanted to use for the canvas and their sales professional told me it would work perfectly.  When I picked up the canvas it was terrible.  The picture was blurry and out of focus.  I questioned why it looked so bad and was told that they picture I supplied was not the correct resolution (more on this later).  I asked them to either give me a refund or allow me to get a new canvas with an updated picture.  I was met with nothing but rudeness and unprofessionalism.  They insisted it was not their fault and they would not give me either a refund or a replacement.  After multiple calls being ignored, I went down to the establishment and was met with more rudeness by the manager and his unprofessional staff. ( I was told and I quote "you brought the shitty pictures, so it's your fault"). I continued to plead my case and finally got them to agree to give me a refund under his conditions, #1. Dont ever come back and #2. I BETTER not leave a bad review. Seconds later the manager told me that he couldn’t refund the credit card right now because the power was out.  Please take note that he is telling me this while I’m standing in his store staring at the bright white fluorescent lights that are lighting the entire establishment.  I couldn’t believe this guy and his helper were treating me and lying directly to my face. He then had the audacity to tell me that if I left my credit card with him, he would refund it as soon as the power turned back on!  What a slime ball, not only did he rip me off with his canvas, but not he’s trying to keep my credit card?! I then said , I'll come back in a couple of days for my refund. I ended up calling my bank to get it and got it. There's no way I would step a foot inside that facility. You can't make this stuff up. Stick with what you know North State and dont blame your customers for not knowing what you're doing. OVERVIEW:  1)      This is a printing shop that employs printing professionals.  If a customer brings in a picture that is not the proper resolution, it is their responsibility, as professionals, to inform their customer of the proper artwork required to complete the job.2)      The employees who work in this office are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with.  They were aggressive, rude, and lacked knowledge of their craft.3) I have hired a different company since then for my canvas, and the first thing they did was to check the resolution of the image without me saying anything about my previous experience. WOW!4)      STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!  TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A RESPECTABLE BUSINESS.
