I own a small business. and I've worked with NC for years for hardware purchases, maintenance and repair. (No network support needed based on how operate. And our Web design has been handled by someone else since before NC got started.) Recently, I stopped in with the intent to buy a new tower. They suggested I just upgrade the hard drive on my current tower to a solid state rather than purchase a new tower. "It would be about 1/3 the cost with the same performance. Just plugged it in back at the office. Blazing fast is all I can say. As always, thanks.

Great computer outlet with quality products. Sure you can get a similar unit cheaper at wally world, but with a slower processor and not near the quality with zip for support.

A delightful place to help you out with computer issues! I just had a total hard drive failure and they had the laptop back up and running quickly and at a fair price. I had some issues with restoring my backup and Eddie came to my rescue!! They're all a very friendly and highly qualified team. I'm very pleased that they're in the area.

Honest people They said my ancient computer would stall out on Windows 10. They also do computer and monitor recycling. Not as good a deal as the landfill on K, but that would have been an extra trip.

I dropped my laptop off on June 2, 2016 to have some hardware issues repaired (hinge and keyboard replacement, and to have the power jack looked at). I was informed that 'it would be into next week' which I thought was reasonable considering it was Thursday. The estimate on the ticket they printed for me said 5 days...little did I know it would be three times that. I first tried calling them on June 11, 2016 only to find out that their "winter hours" were in effect and they were not open on the weekends. So I called them on Monday, the 13 of June. The technician was out and the only thing the woman I spoke to could tell me was that it was on the work bench and that it had been opened up. When I showed up in person later that day hoping to find out how much longer it would be the man I spoke to told me that it hadn't even been started yet; the lady I spoke to on the phone piped up that it was downstairs on the work bench. Finally on Thursday, June 16, I called again and was told that there was nothing they could do to fix the hinge (apparently they couldn't get the part for my 2 year old HP Envy) and that replacing the keyboard would be $300 ($80 for the keyboard, $200 for labor, and tax). They didn't even mention anything about the power jack. This is when I was told that I would have to pay a diagnostics fee, something that probably should have been mentioned up front. The next day I received my first form of communication initiated by them to let me know my laptop had been reassembled and was ready for pick up (thank goodness for that because after 15 days I was a little worried it might not be ready for me to pick up when I showed up). All in all I am completely and utterly dissatisfied by the lack of communication, especially since they offer you a ticket number for you to check the progress of your order online. After wasting $42.20 and two weeks I have decided to ship it to my regular computer repair place in Madison (something I was hoping to avoid). They've already quoted me $300 or less for all three issues, and the cherry on top is that their diagnostics are free!!!

I recently had some significant issues with my laptop computer's speed. I took it to NCS because my friend said they were great. He was absolutely correct. The service was great and it was ready the same day. They now also host my business website which has been a great experience because we are able to communicate promptly and personally when we have updates or new content. I'm happy I can return a favor by leaving them a great google review.
