Rob and Joanna were helpful in setting up my new laptop, which replaced a 10-year-old device. The first replacement did not have enough memory (I did study the specs on the web site but did not pick out the best possible replacement) and Rob suggested another one and told me what specs to look for. I need all the help I can get in dealing with computers so I am thankful for the information Rob provided. A great shop if you seek professionalism, intelligence, thoughtfulness, and patience.

Rob Mink of Northern Neck Computer Consultants is very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. When my laptop recently crashed, he was able to quickly diagnose and fix it. The office is in rural Virginia, but Rob can work remotely, and did so for my repair. I became acquainted with Rob and his family when they lived closer. Though now out of the area, I continue to think of Rob whenever a computer issue arises, because he's a pro.
