I used NW Sign & Design for my illuminated sign and window decals at Oasis Float Spa in North Seattle. They did a fantastic job. On one of the 2 foot x 2 foot decals they applied to my windows, there was a tiny blemish that I didn't even notice. A week later they came out and replaced the decal without me asking. Brian, the owner, was very helpful early in the design process in helping think through the use of my logo and other words on my sign. 100% satisfied.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Professional thru and thru. They offer Neon signs as well. Custom designs and crafted with hands-on quality. They wouldn't settle for less. You shouldn't either. Installers are thorough and efficient. The pricing is very competitive and you are satisfied when the job is complete.

We used Northwest Sign for our business, Guardian Vault on Redmond Ridge, and could not be happier! They were very patient and designed several options for us while respecting our budget. The two fellas that performed the installation were on time, respectful of our space and even vacuumed after tracking in maybe just two pine needles from outside! If I could give 0 stars I would. Person who came to my business to have some work done was very rude being he wants us to use his business for work. When asking for a manager gentleman stated “you’re not the boss” and continued to be rude afterwards. After this experience with him we definitely won’t be using this business now or in the future.

NW designed, constructed and installed all of our exterior signage in two retail locations. We've been their customers for over 8 years and have received nothing but honest, timely and beyond satisfactory results. NW is very deep in knowledge and execution of the sign business. These folks know their stuff.

NW Signs did an amazing job creating and installing the signs for our new store! They listened to our input and made changes to design work based on our feedback. They followed up with the city and the fire department when regulations needed to be clarified. The installation was on time and efficient. We shopped around prior to contracting NW Signs for the job, and found they provided the best value for the design, production, and installation of the sign. Jeff was always quick to respond to my inquiries, and followed up after the install to ensure satisfaction. Highly recommend NW Signs!

I would love to rate this lower if I could. We put a significant down payment for a sign for our neighborhood. Our neighborhood unfortunately voted down this project in lieu of a rock sign (NW Signs does not do). Brian magically stated that our down payment was consumed by design changes. When we tried to work with him on lettering for the rock, he estimated another $4800 plus the already consumed deposit. Unreasonable and unfair, our only recourse is to file a small claims action. Dishonest business practices!!! Buyer beware!!!
