Overall Feedback:

I paid Neil Saigal half the cost of my app up front. It was supposed to be done April 1, but on April 12 he said he needed 21 more days. Three months later, he still hasn't returned one phone call or email nor has he delivered an app. DO NOT trust Nova Pursuits under any circumstances!
