Absolutely gorgeous photographs! Philip is one of the best photographers I've worked with! He's such a down-to-earth and kind person in general and truly a genius behind the lens. Do yourself the favor of visiting his website to see his work. Each photo is so beautiful and original. His prices are more than fair. He's dedicated to making sure you feel comfortable and are given exactly what you expected. It will most likely be more than what you can imagine being possible. Truly an artist!!!

Poor customer service. Response to owner - You may have forgot but you have spoken to me. However you are right about us never doing business and here's why: 1. I was surprised at the manner in which you answered the phone with absolutely no professional business greeting and almost as if I bothered you by calling your cell phone on your day off or on a Sunday. I had to ask whether I in fact was calling Novo Studio because there was simply no indication when the call was answered. 2. Once we made it past me figuring out whether or not I called the correct business, I had a very simple question. I asked whether you would be able to print, cut and set some locket photos for some lockets I had purchased. You must have been shocked that I'd ask such a question because you responded with a very harsh "no." This is completely fine that you don't do this, it was simply that your manner and tone was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I asked whether or not you knew where I could have this done, and you responded with another quick and rude "no;" almost as if I was disturbing you. This was clearly a sign for me to go and when I said "okay thank you," you simply hung up the phone without saying a word, just as coldly as when it was initially picked-up. This was my experience in speaking with you for less than 1 minute. So no, I do not have the wrong business.Thank you, Sajaad

Novo Studio does amazing photography and I am so happy we went with them. They were so reasonably priced compared to other photographers we looked at. When we first met Kristen and Philip I knew right away that we were going to have a blast with them! They both are amazing people and our engagement pictures, bridal portraits, and wedding pictures are absolutely amazing! I will cherish those photos forever! Every time we did a photo session with them, we always had a great time! They value their customers so much and are very flexible! They were more than just our photographers; they were and still are great friends! Love y'all! :)
