I did the Social Media for Business Masterclass and thoroughly recommended it for anyone. My course included people sceptical about social media as a business tool, people already using social media who wanted to know how to use it more effectively and a couple of people who were pretty clued-up on all social media who left having learnt some new tricks and fixes. It is a highly informative friendly course taught in non-techy language with a good dose of humour. Worth every penny.

I cannot say enough good things about the Social Media Masterclass I attended through Business Gateway. Gary and Colin presented a wealth of valuable information in such a fun and engaging way - the day went by in a flash! They are genuinely nice people who want to help. Starting a new business has been daunting and often I feel I'm just touching the surface of social media as a "tick box", but this course showed me that if you use it right, it can be your best tool. The information was provided in a way where I never felt overwhelmed or confused, in fact all I wanted to do was get home and put all their advice and tips into practice! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this course to anyone who needs helping along with social media. If you get the opportunity, make sure you're on the list to attend the next one!
