While their internet is reliable, it's not fast enough.....for the price per month. When I contacted NTD about my speed, they informed me that I had 6 down and 1 up. This is enough to have maybe one or two devices, but once you start adding devices or something that eats the bandwidth, bye bye steady internet.I would give them 5/5 if they had speeds around 15-20mbps download for what they charge for internet. I guess another good thing about NTD internet is that they don't watch your activity like spectrum or att will.

Great staff. Once I walked in i was sold the Lady at the front desk had all my answers.was very professional. The Service guy who checked my sight was the same person who installed there unit. Had a concern they replaced unit without any hassel..WOW that's customer service.

UPDATE 4/7/18... So after a few months of service and several visits, our internet is working! haven't had an issue in a few weeks. Also they gave us a few months free so i think that's pretty decent.. 2 stars added. thanks guysAbsolutely terrible.. Closed on weekends so we cant get our internet at our BUSINESS fixed until AFTER christmas..... Go elsewhere people.. THe internet drops in and out all day everyday.. I counted 38 times from 9 am til 8 pm..

Finally we have reliable fast internet (out in the country). I have been very happy with NTDs service and speed so far on the fixed point wireless service. Price is higher for this service that what you could get in town for cable (i don't know how NTD's pricing is for DSL or other service), but it is the best thing i can get in my area and far beats satellite or 4g connectivity (yes that is right Verizon with your overage fees or data caps ;-) ).

I was looking to change my internet provider and requested pricing information. When I got a response I was told that they do not offer service at my address. I'm located near South Park. Their website shouldn't say they service Oshkosh since they apparently only offer service in some parts of Oshkosh which is odd seeing as how their store is located in town.

Easily arranged to get DSL service in an apartment in downtown Appleton. The installer was knowledgeable and quick, the modem is theirs so if it gets a power surge I don't have to stay on hold for an hour trying to reset it. For an extra $3/month you get wireless so you don't need a separate router either. They have install fees which are waived for 2 years of service, but get this-- they're PRORATED, so if you discontinue service after a year you only pay HALF! This is very fair. And best of all-- THEY'RE NOT AT&T! No more bait and switch and other thieving practices! Why can't I use them in Milwaukee? And why was it so hard to find them on the internet? These are my only questions.
