Client Review on Nutley Signs

I have made at least 20 calls to this guy in the past 2 weeks to come measure my van for a sign to put on. He has not once answered the phone or gotten back to my voicemails. Does he not want business?? When I FINALLY got a hold of him, he forgot he had to meet me at my place of business and instead assumed I was going there even though we had discussed this prior. My place of business is in Nutley and when he called me the day I needed him out here he told me he was on his way.. About 2 hours later I tried calling him since he still had not come.. Again, no answer. He doesn't know how to call back, how to respond or how to read emails. I am irate that he even owns any type of business. Please do not use him or you will be waiting a VERY long time to hear any kind of response.
