Unlike other social listening tools, NUVI is not over complicated to use. It's so effective in its simplicity. We are able to quickly build monitors for events or simply have the tool running all the time to pull in data from our consumer conversations to help shape our marketing messages. We have invested in other tools before and had less success in getting people to use the platform due to poor aftercare from the provider or the tools being too complicated. With NUVI, everything has been easy! The functionality, the 'how to guide', the customer support, training on tap and the overall experience with NUVI to date has been fantastic.

Having used multiple social media monitoring services, I can easily say that NUVI is the easiest to use, and allows us to add the most value to our clients. From Facebook Topics reporting to Twitter sentiment analysis, NUVI let's you monitor all multiple social media networks down to street level on your campaigns. This tool is as good as you will find on the market, and I can highly recommend it.

I've only been using NUVI for about two months but am super impressed with it already. I searched high and low to find a platform that ticks as many boxes as NUVI does; user-friendly being the top criteria! It provides rich insights into owned and non-owned channels with great options to tailor the settings to individual needs, but most importantly is incredibly easy to use. Also, I'm located in Aus and even though NUVI is a US-based company, their customer service has been seriously amazing. Love, love, love!
