Service technicians are indeed friendly. Here's the issue. It's 2019! Streaming tv shows & movies is how customers are utilizing the internet. In addition to working from home on laptops & computers. What appears obvious is complete surprise when internet speeds drop to a snail pace. Even when we weren't home for 5 consecutive days, our account showed data being used. Oacys provided router is inaccessible to customer. You must call their office & give them your password. So, in 2019, this company THROTTLES SPEEDS & will unflinchingly reply that too much data is being used. As much as I dislike big internet providers, if you live in Porterville, stick with Spectrum.
