My wife and I own a small town Coffee shop "Beantrees Cafe" and an Arts and Culture Venue "The Grande Parlour". We meet Jon, Rob and Ash almost 2 years ago just when we were getting our feet wet and they were still building their company. We had just finished a website with another company but found the promised service and support afterwards lacking and disappointing. Everything I have learned in business has been about creating relationships that make you stronger and customers that are treated like gold which only ensures loyalty. I can not say enough of what they have done for our business. Octopus Creative embodies the meaning of relationships and without their continued involvement and support in my business I can truthfully say we would be no where as far as we are today. They created an amazing website for "The Grande Parlour" with a ticketing system I was shown to operate events myself. We enjoy a successful business that doesn't control us 24/7 with a 15 person staff that are as close to family as one could hope. Still to this day Jon, Ash and Rob attend events at our Venue and stop by to say hi often and whenever I need help or advice they are always responsive and helpful. In today's market you can't go it alone without support and resources and I couldn't imagine anyone else doing it any better then the team at Octopus Creative....10 Stars if I could.
