Seriously people who have written positive review, I don't know whats wrong with them. I went there for interview for Digital Marketing. The people who took interview for me were literally acting like IIT professionals. They tried to give as many tests as they can. Even though I performed well, they did not hire as they are expecting IIT professionals :‑D This HR is one useless trying to call candidates for interview without understanding the profiles. They don't think we have to put leaves and attend interviews at our own cost.This place is too nasty inside and smelly, no proper fan/AC and it's like you are sitting inside the dark room with few candles. The office is not near to any bus stops or hotels. Everyone were sitting in a row with very congested place and working like donkeys. There Working hours is from 9 to 7, look t their greedy work timings. Uneducated management.Don't call candidates if you are not willing to pay their remuneration and want 15 years of experience in young people which is impossible. Try to train them to give them career instead of making people to sit and work like a donkeys.People never think of it please.

I worked as an intern in odigma recently for 3 months. At the start, I was a bit nervous as how I would be able to cope with the new office environment. But as soon as I entered the office, it was just like a feel at home experience for me. Usually, there is a misconception that the office life is hectic and boring but thanks to the people working in odigma that I was lucky to not think the same about office culture. Pros-1. Supporting and encouraging seniors. They will always boost your morale.2. The feel at home environment3. The best place to learn the basic stuffs of digital marketing.4. Even for the customers, they will provide you with the best possible solutions.5. There is no boss like culture over there.Cons-During the internship, I didn't find any cons. usually felt good all the time.I will recommend everyone to go and try to work as an intern in this company for digital marketing.
