Elizabeth Marzolf (community manager) and this organization particularly Buffalo area. Accept payment and bill recurring monthly charges for ZERO services rendered and then proceed to cancel agreement because of certain documentation which was not received by them for which INITIALLY when the first payment was provided no such information was given! I have other business addresses with other firms and not once have I been treated like this. ZERO RESPECT!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AT ALL!!! SEEK SERVICES ELSEWHERE!!! If a company has policies they should not accept payment unless the documentation is valid and to their satisfaction. Accepting payment and later stating a cancellation because certain documents cannot be attained is CRIMINAL!!! THEFT!!!

My company, Compliance & Risks, has been leasing office space from Nick, Liz, Osman & the Regus team for just over 2 years now & it's been a terrific experience. The offices are nicely appointed, well-maintained & affordable. The amenities - free coffee and tea, wifi, printing, etc. - make it easy to plug in & start working immediately. Whenever we have clients in, the Regus staff takes extra care to help us order in lunch & snacks leaving us time to attend to our visitors. And the Regus team, overall, are just friendly, nice, funny & easy to work with. We love the Regus team at the Buffalo Key Center & would recommend them in a heartbeat.** Edited to correct a misspelled name :)

If I could give negative stars to this place I would. The people that work are nice, but since I signed up for an office space I had had issues with my billing. Charged me fees that were not correct. Have called 3 times the customer service department and they told me they fixed it and now they charged my card automatically (which I specifically did not sign up for automatic payment) for the same fee that "they took care." The great thing about all of this is that the fee still shows as outstanding on my account. They have serious system issues that they need to fix asap and I have yet been able to get my money back for being wrongfully charged. Not to mention they charge you fees for when you want to opt out of using their services even though if I notified a month in advance I wouldn't have any fees.I don't like to give negative reviews to places, just for a bad experience, but this has been an ongoing issue with me and the fact that they have not been able to fix it is very frustrating to me

I love the fact that we can tarnish Regus' online reputation solely because we get spam e-mails with their address listed. I sincerely hope you guys can pull through even with the hostile reviews that you don't deserve, good luck!
