We found Digigreet visitor management system from OFEC online and can honestly say it is a brilliant and simple solution for visitors and staff for our business. It looks a lot more impressive than an old book to sign in for customers plus great for our emergency evacuation procedures. The support team are exceptionally quick with any questions we have as well. Highly recommended.

They created a fantastic website for our Barber Shop, met all requirements & the deadline that was set. Felber Consulting worked with OFEC Consulting on a collaborative bid to provide a managed web portal for a Scottish authority & LEP. The requirements were broad and slightly unfocussed, but in spite of this OFEC worked diligently and professionally to derive a high performance and innovative solution that was modestly priced, as a service offering for this prospective client. Unfortunately we were unsuccessful in winning the tender, that was achieved by a local organisation. But traces of many of the innovative approaches and suggestions have been incorporated into the winning solution, reflecting a much clearer set of requirements - many of which had been driven out through OFECs Q&A engagement that was shared amongst all tendering organisations.I found OFEC to be a focussed and professional organisation to work with and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

We commissioned OFEC to develop a new ecommerce website - first stage 4-6 weeks with extra stages to follow when it was working satisfactorily. The first stage was six months late which should have rung alarm bells but worse was to follow. The end product threw up all sorts of persistent issues and errors. Six months on and Phase 2 was on the back-burner. Other developers couldn’t decipher the code which was so bespoke as to cost more to take on than produce a replacement. Our file of errors grew thicker by the day but we were stuck with OFEC fixing them until they decided we were a financial burden. They advised they were not prepared to ‘continue to support’ our business, so, would start charging us for coding errors. Invoices were drawn with scant, vague detail which, when challenged, they could not explain what the amounts charged were for. So, we refused to pay them until they did. Their hosting of the site was no better as it fell victim to Malware followed by a bizarre weekend when our domain name appeared as a Gothic site. Then our site was hacked through their own host server which went undiscovered by them but not by Google who broadcast to all prospective customers on the Google search results (double-whammy) that our site had been hacked. The dialogue between our company and theirs was stretched to the limit because the damage caused to our business and reputation was completely ignored by Ofec’s top management for whom we’d become a liability. Using the highly suspect non-payment of invoices clause they gave us notice to terminate their services wishing us well with our new developer knowing that no-one could take it on. The result was that our website (i.e., online business, customer details and order history) disappeared completely from us and the internet. They closed down our online business. No regard has been paid at all to our business, our staff and our financial survival. Even though we paid for this website and thought we owned it Ofec were able to remove our business in an instant knowing our only recourse is to the British Court system which grinds slowly. You learn at the end of a project never at the beginning unless reviews like these can help to forewarn of the pitfalls. It was also a shock to learn their head developer works out of Volgograd in Russia which suggests to me they sub-contract abroad. This may explain our malware and two hacking incidents.

We have worked with OFEC for a number of years and in that time have been pretty demanding clients with tight deadlines and seemingly impossible requests, all of which have been handled with alacrity, professionalism and humour. The website CMS is straightforward with good functionality and any issues have been resolved swiftly. The feedback we receive about our website is positive both from existing and new visitors and we are grateful for the enthusiastic and friendly relationship that we have built up.These guys are highly recommended!

They have made working on my website so easy and enjoyable. they are seriously specialised and have a skilled team, to help you with your vision and bring it to life, they will give you advice on what's the best way to go and can write coding to suit your requirements. they have their own hosting and are also really into marketing, so you get everything in one package. the entire team are uber-personable, have a real passion for coding and web developing, their support is outstanding, they have qualifications coming out of their ears for their area of expertise and they get results. i'm recommending them to everyone. they are a total joy to work with and make something so specialised really quite easy with their expert guidance.
