The algorithm behind the predictive analytics that Offrs provides for generating listing leads is top notch. Their back-end platform is very organized and user friendly. They offer a ton of helpful tools, like scheduled automatic direct mailers or email campaigns, to help grow your business. The support team is always available, and they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful! My point of contact is Jennifer Yamada— she goes above and beyond every time!

Provided data: emails, ph numbers (home / cell) & prediction of sale based on offrs algorithms has a high degree of accuracy. We like RAIA (artificially intelligent real estate assistant) component. Videos about product, their personal thought process & experience in real estate industry provided by Rick & Mark are very helpful to grasp whole picture for Real Estate Offices of the Future (a.k.a. R.O.O.F.).

Offrs provides a ton of leads in my area. The smart sites are my favorite because they let you target new leads in the exact places you want. (Facebook, website, blog etc.) I would have provided 5 stars but the info for the leads (email, phone etc) is not always accurate and sometimes takes some serious digging to find the updated info. I'm hopeful Offrs will find a way to provide up to date info for each lead as it comes into the system. So far, Offrs has been great!

OUTSTANDING TOOL FOR YOUR LISTING PLAN. I have been using Offrs for 2 years and have secured most of my listings from this platform. The days of mailing blindly and searching FSBO properties is finally over. This program is as close to a crystal ball as one can get. The program is as simple as clicking a few buttons to identify the target you are marketing to and use their tools along with you own ideas to win listing after listing. Additionally if you have any questions at all the amazing support staff will go to the ends of the earth to find a solution. This is whoever not usually an issue as the program offers unlimited training and one on one top notch support. Keep in mind that i have a relatively small marketing budget and my money goes to Offrs month after month.

hi joined offrs last year it helped me gain a lot of business. I closed 11 transactions in 2017. i wish i could continue longer -but i couldn't as i was changing professions...if anyone is thinking about joining this program it works and you should definitely try it ..good luck !

I am so amazed by the customer service at Offrs. There are so many different services out there for realtors and it’s very rare to be kept in constant contact with the providers and have a chance to ask questions and discuss the program with live people. This service takes farming to a whole new, modern, level and I’m excited to see the success it will bring! Not many services focus on generating listings so it’s very valuable to jump on a program like this. If properly utilized and taken advantage of, the return on your investment can be tremendous. I learned about this service from Tony Giordano, a very successful real estate agent who swears by it. I’d highly recommend this program or at least taking the time to discuss it with the service team!
