Feedback:

I had a disappointing experience with Olamalu. I commissioned them to redesign my website but they eventually proved incapable of doing this. After briefing meetings I expected to receive minutes, but there were none. Details of what was agreed, ‘to do’ or agreed timescales for action were seldom logged and as a result - confusion, repetition and delay. Their sense of visual proportion was so lacking in finesse that in the end I asked them to just copy the previous website homepage (the one thing that did work on the previous site) pixel for pixel, but they even failed in this. The business owners were nowhere to be seen, evidencing the lack of an internal review process. There was, overall, a lack of clarity, a lack of drive, and a clear lack of any sense of a goal. Nearly £4K spent and nothing to show for it. For less than half this sum my website is now up and running very satisfactorily thanks to another gifted marketing specialist and website designer.
