I tried to do as much research about who to trust in redesigning my website. After three months and numerous phone calls and emails and any other due diligence that my time allowed, it all pointed to Ombrella Communications. Their team was always a phone call away to answer all of my questions and my account manager was just as excited about the potential of my new website as I was. Ombrella was able to deliver over and beyond what I was expecting (and I was expecting a lot). Our website was ranking on the first page of Google within a month which blew projections out of the water and 99% of the people that come to our website love its original and clean feel. My love and joy beyond the website has to be our new logo! I truly believed that I was going to wear out whatever patience was left in my project manager, but as expected he continued to be there to walk me through the lengthy process and again shared my enthusiasm and attention to detail.
