I must say, that from the top down, OMNICOMMANDER never flinched, they delivered on their word and we have a beautiful, new, ADA compliant site, and it was on-time! Scott and White Employees Credit Union just launched our completely revamped website and I could not be any happier with the way it turned out! When I met with Eric and his team to discuss the project, I was immediately impressed with how easy they are to communicate with; they listened and spent time understanding our products and services. We hired Omnicommander to create and design an entirely new website for our credit union at the beginning of 2019. Greg was there to answer any and all of my questions (there were A LOT) and was always very prompt. He made himself available literally any time we needed him. Not only was he extremely helpful through the entire process, he was also very patient and kind! After our website was launched, he was great with transitioning us over to our current OC representative, Curtis. Curtis has been absolutely fantastic! He's always friendly, incredibly helpful and SO quick to answer any questions we've had since the website launched. Because I had worked so closely with Greg through the building process, it was a little scary when he told us we would have a new rep once the site was launched, but Curtis has been top notch from the get go. Bottom line, I am BEYOND HAPPY we chose Omnicommander. Their customer service is truly unmatched. They know what they're doing and they are more than willing to work side by side with you through anything. So grateful for our AMAZING NEW WEBSITE and for the incredible service we've received. Omnicommander was so simple to work with and delivered on everything they promised. The finish product of the website looks outstanding and we could not be happier. Sushil is an outstanding representative and never failed to follow up and make sure the Credit Union was always taken care of. Not only am I very impressed with the work preformed, but Omnicommander was very knowledgeable about the Credit Union industry.
