Intellicasting partnered with OmniSpear in 2015 to develop a cloud-based application for the quick-service restaurant industry. Intellicasting customers pay a monthly subscription fee for access to financial reporting and forecasting, scheduling and team communication. I can strongly recommend OmniSpear as a partner to both develop customer web applications as well as provide ongoing maintenance for business systems.Our business is centered around the application that OmniSpear built and on their ability to quickly respond when issues arise. OmniSpear has listened to the needs of our customer base and developed a user-friendly and reliable service that our customers use every single day, multiple times a day. When issues do arise, OmniSpear’s maintenance team is quick to respond and resolves the issue within hours. We continue to work with OmniSpear to develop new features and are impressed by the continuity of support. They are as attentive to our business as the first day we began working with them. While our projects are smaller now, the OmniSpear team provides the same attention to detail as they always have ensuring new features get integrated smoothly. As a business owner, it’s important to have partners you can count on. In application development, that means finding a provider who is honest and efficient. OmniSpear has been working with us on a very large project over the last several months . They have been fantastic to work with and very receptive to all of our requests and needs . The project timeline has been exactly what they said. The project quote was on target and any add on features that we requested were quoted at a very fair price. This company runs efficiently and is honest, two quality's you do not find often in this industry. Our team has had several face to face meetings with their team and they are the real deal. We have worked with Omnispear for several years and have found them to be very professional and friendly! Recently we updated our company's website, and what seemed like it would have been a long and arduous process, was fun, fast-paced and executed to perfection! Renee is extremely helpful! She keeps projects on time, on track and on budget, all while keeping the customer informed. Tyler was the creative behind our new site and did a wonderful job with the development, and was patient with us with all of our changes. :) We look forward to continued years of business with Omnispear!
