I would not be too quick in pulling your SEO budget. When looking at marketing budgets, it is wise to spend on the methods that are delivering a good return on your investment. If your SEO is producing a steady stream of traffic to your business, we would not recommend cutting your SEO budget but would suggest looking at other areas to cut.
