Tom Jelneck and his group are the real deal. There are so many new marketing companies that claim to to be marketing "gurus" (and they probably think they are NOT understanding that they actually DO NOT have the knowledge to work the ins and outs of different social media platforms). There's a tremendous difference between a little knowledge that makes you slightly qualified versus having an in-depth understanding of not only the day-to-day platform changes and best practices as well as the nuances that make social media marketing effective. This is what On Target brings to the table. As a veteran blogger, online influencer, marketing consultant and organizer of one of the biggest blogging conferences in the southeast, On Target is still my go-to resource to understand and research things. It's always the company I recommend. (Don't be duped by others making unrealistic promises they cannot deliver!)
