Oncabs app is fantastic! I use it all the time since I hate driving, and oncabs makes it a viable economic option! Love the convenient, affordable and easy .

Get a lot of bad press, but in my experience customer services has been nothing short of excellent.I take rides more times than I can count and have nothing but praise for their way of business. Drivers have all been polite and friendly, cars are clean and tidy and are almost always cheaper than any other online cab. Other services may be cheaper, but you cannot put a price on reliability. Easy, pleasant and affordable and never disappoint and when it happens they go out of their way to resolve. When you are constantly headed to the airport as I am, there is no room to take any chances on missing a flight. Always on time, never any surprises. Drivers were courteous and friendly. One flat rate, always. I love not worrying about that when trying to catch a flight!First time I have used their service from airport to my hotel. I called the day before to be picked up at my hotel to go to the airport. I was waiting in the wrong area, the driver called me and told me where I should be. The flat fee was great, service was excellent. I very much appreciate his attitude and patience in waiting for me. I will always use them in the future when I return. Great company! Thank you for great service!

It was an absolute NIGHTMARE trying to find a taxi that takes credit cards. I thought I was going to have to walk back to my hotel. Luckily, I found OnCabs! They are my new 'go-to' taxi company when I'm in Seattle. Definitely recommend!

Remarkable experience.He is awesome because he drives fast but not completely insane/ but he is concerned about getting his customers to their destination on time, and while taking the lowest priced and most efficient route. I didn't once feel that he was trying to 'take us the long way' which many cabbies do. We gave him a good tip because you can't put a price on service and an experience like this. I highly suggest a ride and don't forget to tip extra for his excellent and useful service!..
