Purchased a large banner frame from One Stop a few years ago, found the staff really friendly and helpful and the frame itself was a great price (and I searched thoroughly!) and very heavy duty.Its still rust free now and undamaged despite being out in all sorts of weather, used throughout the year, and even being knocked about whenever its in storage!We recently managed to lose one of the pole clamps somehow and was in a panic it couldn't be replaced, but we sent One Stop an email and got a quick reply and now have a new clamp! Yay! Very happy, great service!
