Client Review on Van Brunt Motors

I recently decided after thousands of dollars last year to not renew their subscription and all of a sudden now without warning all of my Google reviews after 10 years have disappeared from my Google site After visiting with them by phone they have assured me that these reviews will show back up yet my concern is that they should've advised me during this transition how to avoid such a fiasco. I am a 40 year small business owner and this is totally unacceptable.
