Feedback:

Talked to a steve barish, and his sales pitch was bearish. Hard sell with bold claims of service and commitment to customers, but then he turned around and admitted that one of his customers had NO RESERVATIONS IN THREE MONTHS OF SERVICE (but this poor fool is paying $100+/month for this 'service'). They want to lock you into a contract, but will not guarantee results, or let you out if their not working for you. Apparently this company only wants to do business with large companies; "we can't waste our time with your little experiments, we need a commitment" is what I was told when asking about why I could not sign up for a probationary period to find out if this service even worked for me. I suggest looking for systems with no (or low) monthly fees if you don't know for a fact that you will get more reservations... Watch for the hard sell - it usually is an act of desperation.

Feedback:

I have used OnRes when developing Hotel Websites with online reservation systems. The system works well, integrates easily, and Steve is easy to work with. I will use them again.
