Unfortunately, I can't recommend Eric due to his lack of professionalism in regard to basic business practices. I worked with him years ago and he became non responsive after the company I worked for supported him with significant business. And after 8 years I thought I'd give him another shot as I ventured into my own business. My business partner and I reached out for a quote to which Eric responded quickly with excitement. But once we replied with details, he failed to provide a response. For good measure another email was sent, and he yet again chose not to respond. In small business it is often the case that we can't take on every request or client. I get that as a small business owner myself. But it is never appropriate to "ghost" when a simple email is all that was requested.
