I've dealt with several IT companies in the past until I finally landed with OnSite Geeks. They always provide excellent service and always go above and beyond. Recently I had another IT Company who had offered to conduct a server move for free. That was a huge mistake as they basically brought the entire company down with their poor scheduling coordination and lack of responsibility. OnSite Geeks took the server, and worked until 11pm that night to get everything running smoothly. Definitely would give them 6 of 5 stars if that was a possibility!

Aamazing service. Very prompt and great pricing. Friendly and helping techs. I wanted to upgrade my old laptop with SSD and increase its RAM, not only they gave me the best quote but also got it fixed within two days. I have been using that laptop since then without any issues. Hats off to them.

Really great service! My main desktop got stuck in a bootloop last weekend and I hardly had any idea what to do about it. I called them and got an appointment for them to come in the next day. One of their technicians came in and looked at my PC and said it was a hardware issue and had to take it in. I didn't get it back until a week later, but they were sure to give me updates, and check each part of my PC to be 100% about what the issue was. (Which was a fired hard drive due to a surge.) They also managed to recover some lost data on an external hard drive that me and my family haven't been able to access forever.Overall, great service, their technicians are friendly and informative, and are prompt on picking up calls and answering questions and the like. I know next time I have any issues with my computer I'll be coming back to these guys. 1000% would recommend! :)

Top marks for fast and knowledgeable service! My Lenovo X1 Carbon inexplicably ceased all signs of life right before a trip to Shanghai. A panicky was placed on boxing day and within a few hours all issues sorted, which involved removing and reinstalling the RAM to give a complete power reset. Thanks OLG!
