I have known Ed for 35 years and Sheila for almost 13 years. I have had the opportunity to work with them and OnTarget back in 2006 and on a regular basis since 2012 creating all types of digital marketing graphics and kickoff campaigns. In the 13 years of working with them, I have only known them to operate with full integrity and transparency. From what I have seen, they treat all of their associates with complete respect and are very loyal to them and their needs to help them be successful within the organization. There is a reason why OnTarget has been in business now for over 20+ years with many happy and satisfied clients that can attest to an overwhelmingly positive business relationship.

It’s embarrassing to see the dichotomy in these reviews where they are essentially a 5 or a 1. It appears that someone has “targeted” Ed and his company for more than business reasons. I have personally and professionally known Ed Trachier for well over 10 years and never experienced anything like what they are saying in the negative reviews. I wonder how long some of these “companies” worked with OnTarget and then all of a sudden in Spring of 2019 all these negative reviews start coming in.?Ontarget has been in business a long time.... far more than 10 years. Why the attacks now? Does that seem a bit suspicious?Either way, I strongly support Ed Trachier and know him to be of high integrity. Additionally, I have witnessed a working environment focused on doing a good job, personal and professional improvement and getting results the right way. Knowing Ed, he was and is willing to listen to reason and focus on creating win-win situations in all cases. You don’t build a business and stay in business without delivering results. I believe Ed And his team at OnTarget will continue to stand the test of time

I have known On Target Partners for at least 10 years, and now have the pleasure of calling it my employer. Ed and Sheila are great owner operators and have an excellent pay structure for employees. We are family and anyone who works here will tell you that. It is an honor to be part of a company that not only treasures it's members, but also gives back to the community.

Never have I worked for people that were so dishonest and fake as Ed Trachier & his wife, Shelia Rogers-TrachierExample:I was one of the top-performing employees bringing in thousands of dollars for the company. I was on track to make 4500.00 dollars a month easy.Oct 28th a Sunday night, I was in a horrible motorcycle accident that almost took my life. During my 47 days in ICU fighting for my life (most of which induced in a coma), my colleagues on my team comprised of five agents came together and offered to donate one attended appointment per head, per month. That money was to help alleviate my extensive medical bills to reduce the enormous burden to my family during my recovery (attended meetings equal $525 x 5 totaling 2,500.00 dollars a month). It was only at this point Ed Trachier then suggested that he would match each attended appointment. However once again, the entire team was lied to, straight to their faces, because not only did Ed Trachier renege on his promise to match the team donations, more then one reliable source told me that he took team members donations of attended appointments, and did not pay them or me for the attended appointments that were to be donated. The consequences of Ed's decision was catastrophic for myself and my family. A paycheck of 5,000.00 dollars based upon the forecast and donations of my team never came. Not only did my team lose their contributions and were not paid for the attended appointments, but I was never paid the outcome of those donations, again totaling 5,000.00 dollars a month when I needed it the most. END RESULT: I received just $969.68 a month, and I have bank statements to prove it. When I got released from the hospital in mid-December, my recovery lasted for a couple of months, and then in February, I was back on the phone for OTP working from home. What made my situation worse, without notification, I was taken off W-2 and put on 1099 private contractor status without any prior consultation or warning by OnTarget Partners. That move stripped away the little medical insurance I had in a dire situation of medical needs with practically no income. I have been cheated out of $15,000.00 because the owner lied to employees that wanted to help their injured co-worker while I was in the hospital and recovering. Also, anytime I tried to reach out to Ed, I would have to leave a voicemail, none of them returned. Think about that for a moment. Ed discarded me like a piece of trash; I can only assume so his lies would never come to light. I was fired after my most active month back on the job and stood to make $3000.00 from my April attended appointments. A miscommunication on an email exchange that was misconstrued and over analyzed by Ed, who called me Monday morning of May 12th and falsely accused me of sharing information with a former employee. That former employee Ed had also had a falling out with and was a former member of my team. In my opinion, Ed is paranoid and was looking for a reason to fire the people that were associated with that team. Until that time, I was 100% all about OTP because I didn't understand the full scope of what was going on behind everyone's back. As far as the donations and the utter lack of integrity and honesty on Ed and Sheila Trachiers part. When I got fired, I didn't get paid the money I earned because the employment contract is set up to rip people off. I got denied unemployment and a wage claim that I filed with TWC because they said I broke the guidelines of that employment contract, but the agent at TWC did say that the 1099 status that ripped away my medical insurance was not legitimate from their point of view and they would be sending an agent to OTP to audit them. Anyone planning to work with or for OnTarget Partners should be wary of these shady business practices. Ed is unethical and has zero integrityHe is a con-man 100% that only involves himself in charity for a photo opportunity so he can perpetuate another lie. And it makes me wonder, what other cons has he gotten away with under peoples noses?
