We have been utilizing Ontech for almost 3 years now. They have been great with response time to service calls and are very knowledgeable with HIPAA and Security which is a very important part of our business. They stay on top of current requirements and recommend appropriate software/hardware when needed/required.

Our company has been with Ontech Systems, Inc. for many years. Scott Schepp is our Tech. No matter what the issue, he is there for us, and extremely helpful. He explains things in a way a "non techy" person is able to understand. Scott goes out of his way to ensure that we are taken care of immediately and follows up on all of our questions, no matter how small, in a professional manner. Highly recommend!

Ontech does many things right. From the initial assessment of the IT needs of my office they have worked to anticipate potential problems, offer different solutions, and make sound technical and financial recommendations that best suit my specific needs. Their willingness and ability to educate me on the different options or concerns that have popped-up is greatly appreciated! I know that I am not their only client, yet they always make me feel like the only person on the schedule. In 2017, they started an online portal to view and pay the invoices. It is a wonderful way to keep on top of my IT expenses. Mike, Mark, Jackie, Katelyn, Dan and the other members of the tech support team are wonderful!

My full time employer came across OnTech from a cold call from Jackie. While talking to her, OnTech had better rates than the company we were currently using for outside tech support (I'm being nice and not naming the company). As it was, the outside tech support company we were using at the time we were becoming unimpressed with, so I talked with management into giving OnTech a chance.Once OnTech came in as our outside tech support, we've been nothing but impressed! Dealing with Keegan, John, and Dan (as well as a few others, but these 3 have been our main contacts) has always met or exceeded the expectations of ours. The team actually listens to what we have to say for what we are looking for and will come back with one or more solutions at all times.In the end, I highly recommend OnTech to anyone looking for a team to help give you resolutions with your technology needs as well as support!
