Be very careful if you hire this company. Don't make the mistake like I did of relying on their word or assuming they will take care of issues in a reasonable fashion.I hired OPA Signs and Graphics to update an existing sign for my business. When the job was complete, I discovered that the sign's lighting no longer worked. This was after they had their crew and bucket truck out here twice. During those two trips they did not think to make sure the lights worked.I offered to pay for parts and labor to repair the sign. I expected them to waive the trip charges and travel time since I had already paid for 2 such trips. They refused to work with me to find a mutually agreeable solution. I filed a BBB complaint, to which they never responded. The lighting is still not working.

I can't say enough about OPA Graphics. I've found that with many local sign printing businesses, if you don't have every t-crossed and i-dotted, they'll leave you in the dust, but not OPA. I hadn't had any signage printed up in a year+, but they were able to assist me in generating new content and have it printed within a timely manner. Solomon was the designer behind my project. He was patient and accurate with the changes I needed on my past logo design. Thanks for everything OPA! You rock. I'll definitely be back for all of my signage needs.
